The National Security Authority of the Czech Republic (NSA) issues the Certificate of Facility Security Clearance for such companies which fulfill exacting criteria according to Section 121 of Act No. 412/2005 Coll. of Confidential Information Protection and Safety Competence. This certificate having issued, the company is to check up by the National Security Authorities.
